3.1 Deposits

Deposit methods at eg999 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, which applies to all payment methods. Players must verify that the amount and payment details are correct before submitting.

• The payment account used for deposits must be owned by the player themselves

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) is complete.

• The payment account for withdrawals must be the same account used for deposits
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met

eg999 offers a 150% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. Bonus funds are kept separate from real money and can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.

• Example 1— Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks
• Example 2— Deposit 680,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Total 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks

The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of your first deposit. Any remaining bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions issued by eg999 are subject to the following general terms and conditions—

• Each bonus may carry its own specific terms and conditions, which will take precedence over this section
